Everything on pandapowder.com is travel information, provided in good faith and verified against sources as described on each page — not professional travel, visa, legal, insurance or financial advice. Prices, policies and opening dates change without notice; figures carry a verified-on date where we have one and are marked TBC where we don't. Confirm anything you're relying on with the provider or authority before booking. See the full disclaimer.

PandaPowder plans trips and makes bookings as a booking agent, not a tour operator. We don't operate transport, lodging, lifts or guiding. Every booking we make for you is with the provider directly and subject to that provider's own terms, prices and cancellation rules, which we state on your itinerary before you confirm.

Service fees ($149 Itinerary Plan / $349 Full Concierge) are payable by PayPal or bank transfer (Wise) after scope is agreed, refundable in full until your itinerary is delivered and non-refundable after. Provider refunds, where given, are passed through to you in full.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PandaPowder is not liable for losses arising from provider failures or closures, weather, schedule changes, policy changes, or your reliance on site content — and our total liability in connection with the concierge service is capped at the service fee you paid us. Skiing and snowboarding carry inherent risk; participation is your decision and your responsibility, and snow-sports insurance is strongly advised.

Some outbound links (travel insurance, eSIMs, booking platforms) are affiliate links that earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. We disclose this in the footer and on the pages concerned. We receive no commission from any ski resort.

PandaPowder is operated from Malaysia; these terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand. Questions: hello@pandapowder.com.
